Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–4 working days

Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

Shipping Charges

Standard delivery charges apply nationwide.

Shipping charges may vary depending on order weight, location, or promotional offers.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for eligible orders.

Parcel Receiving Guidelines

For customer protection and claim verification, please record a single-frame unboxing video while opening your parcel.

Claims regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items may not be entertained without proper unboxing proof.

Customers should inspect the parcel before using the product.

Delayed Shipments

While we aim for timely deliveries, delays can occasionally occur due to courier operational issues, weather conditions, public holidays, security or route restrictions, or high order volume.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, address, city, and phone number.

Orders delayed or returned due to incorrect information may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability, refused delivery, incorrect address, or non-response from the customer, Protonic Nutrition reserves the right to cancel future COD eligibility, charge re-shipping fees, or request advance payment for future orders.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please inform the courier immediately and contact Protonic Nutrition customer support as soon as possible.

Customers may be required to share parcel photos and an unboxing video for assistance.
